By using our Wash-Dry-Fold and subscription services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for checking all garments for items (e.g., pens, gum, lipstick, lighters, etc.) prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in clothing.
2. Garment Care: We follow standard laundering practices and manufacturer care labels. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, or damage resulting from weak fabrics or improper manufacturer labels.
3. Stains & Odors: While we make every effort to remove stains and odors, we cannot guarantee complete removal.
4. Missing Items: We are not responsible for missing items unless reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Please check your laundry promptly.
5. Allergies & Sensitivities: We use standard detergents unless a hypoallergenic option is requested at the time of order. We are not liable for allergic reactions if no specific request is made.
6. Lost or Damaged Items: If we are found responsible for lost or damaged laundry, our liability is limited to $2.00 per pound of laundry or a maximum of $50.
7. Turnaround Times: We aim to meet all promised turnaround times, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not liable for late delivery or pickup.
